According to Ticketmaster, Trey Songz is gonna be special guest at MC's Madison Square Garden concert. DJ Suss One announced he will djing at the concert (and maybe the after party). The tickets to the New Year's Eve are still for sale.

MC's enjoying the time before Christmas in California's Disneyland. She twittered: "Helooo Dahhhlings! Just got off the Tower of terror@ Disney... So festive! Happy Holidays to all the Lambs in the land..LYM X0x0". She was spotted at various locations in the Magic Kingdom taping the segments for the ABC Disney Parade show.

The only MC's representative in the Czech chart Obsessed dropped from #55 to #73.

Universal Germany announced the cancellation of MC's visit of Germany. She should performed I Want to Know What Love Is on Wetten Dass on Saturday, November 5. Also the Meet & Greet with fans was cancelled - fans could auctioned off the meeting with MC through the Ebay, money should went to the charity fund Ein Herz für Kinder. The scheduling conflicts with MC appearance at the VEVO launch (November 8; see below) are the official reason of the cancellation. Mariah may visit Germany later, but there's also the possibility that the appearance on Wetten Dass was canceled because of criticism MC in one of the last shows (unfortunatelly this is not an exception in this show).

VEVO is the new universal channel which should replace MTV and BET (they are not music televisions now, they broadcast mostly the reality shows). The complete catalogue of every official music video from every artist will be uploaded on VEVO and so VEVO will become the only official source - videoclips on YouTube will be deleted. The labels and artist will make a lot of money thanks to ads. The website will be officially launched on December 8 together with big party (and probably the concert) placed in New York.

Obsessed jumped 98 positions up to #62 with 225% increase (4,350; total 15,641) on the British official chart. I Want To Know What Love Is entered the chart on #19 (14,909; total 15,414). Memoirs entered the Top Album chart on #23 (24,312) and the digital one on #14 (2,240).

The Precious movie grabbed five Spirit Awards nomination. The categories are: Best Feature (Lee Daniels, Gary Magness, Sarah Siegel-Magness), Best Director (Lee Daniels), Best First Screenplay (Geoffrey Fletcher), Best Female Lead (Gabourey Sidibe), Best Supporting Female (Mo'Nique). The awards will be held and air live on March 5, 2010 at 8:00PM EST on Independent Film Channel.

Obsessed dropped twelve positions down to #50 on HOT 100. The single dropped eleven positions down to #54 on Airplay and three positions down to #35 on Pop Songs. The single dropped twelve positions down to #72 on Digital Songs (-6%, 22,224; total 1.261.017). I Want To Know What Love Is still holds #10 on Adult Contemporary Songs and jumped one position up to #3 on Hot Dance/Club Play Songs. H.A.T.E.U. jumped three positions up to #86 on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Airplay. Memoirs dropped forty-seven positions down to #142 on the album chart and six positions down to #19 on R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. The sales increased 4% up (9,385; total 333,488).Merry Christmas entered the Holiday Albums chart on #47. All I Want For Christmas Is You jumped 76 positions up to #18 with 320% increase (62,682; total 1,334,880) on Digital songs and one up to #5 on Holiday Songs.

Neither Obsessed nor My Love were nominated on Grammy. Obsessed was suggested by Island Def Jam as Record of the Year, Song of the Year, R&B Female, R&B Song and Short-Form Music Video and My Love as R&B Duo/Group and R&B Song. The Charmbracelet album celebrates the 7th anniversary today. MC released the Charmbracelet album under her own label - MonarC under DefJam on December 3, 2002. Island provided huge promotion especially on TV. MC performed at Today Show, Oprah Winfrey Show and also in one hour special MTV Shining Through The Rain (concert and talks with fans). MC marks the Charmbracelet album as her most personal and important album. She named the album after charmbracelet of her grandma - every part has its meaning same as each song on this CD. MC invited J. Jam and T. Lewis (Yours plus the Through The Rain production), JD (You Had Your Chance and The One), Damizza (Irresistible) and other for co-operation on this album. She worked with Randy Jackson for the first time. He made a suggestion to cover Def Leppard's Bringin’ On The Heartbreak and they wrote together My Saving Grace plus produced songs she wrote with Lionel Cole (I Only Wanted, Sunflowers for Alfred Roy). She also wrote her first single Through The Rain with Lionel. This single was played more likely in Europe (#1 in the Spain and #8 in the UK). The One should have been the next single but MC figured up that Boy will be a better choice because of fans reactions and everything was changed in the last minute. MC had been meeting with her fans before the album release, the first in the US and the in Europe. So lots of fans had an opportunity to listen some new tracks before the release of the album directly from Mariah. MC prepared the biggest tour for this album, total 69 concerts over the whole world. The third single Bringin' on The Heartbreak was released only in a couple of European countries. Japan got a bonus Miss You (feat. Jadakiss) and I Know What You Want with Busta Rhymes in the re-edition of the album and because of these two songs album got the Parental Advisory sticker - labeled as the first and the last of her albums. CD was re-released as a Limited Edition with bonus CD with new songs to promo the tour. It includes one of her most interesting "jazzy" song There Goes My Heart plus a great So So Def remix of The One.

The new album was finally released in the UK last week after several postponements. The CD debuted on #23 with the sale about 26,000. The second single I Want To Know What Love Is debuted on #19. MC's got two more songs on the single TOP75 chart - All I Want For Christmas Is You on #51 and Obsessed on #62.

H.A.T.E.U. dropped two positions down to #89 on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Airplay. Memoirs dropped thirty six positions down to #95 on the album chart and one position down to #13 on R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. The Christmas album Merry Christmas traditionally entered the charts before Chrismtas (#19) and so did the Christmas number one song All I Want For Christmas Is You. It jumped 100 positions up to #94 with 88% increase (14,926; total 1,272,198) on Digital songs and dropped one position down to #6 on Holiday Songs.

The Vegas concert will be probably released in many formants. There are talks about audio (CD, downloads, ringtones) and also video. Nothing was announced officialy, but a company that is specializing in Asian music marketing licensed he rights to film Mariah's concert and they are working on polishing the audio and video editing.

CNN will air 4 hours of Larry King Live today. The first hour belongs to Beyonce, the second one to Tyra Banks and the third one to Mariah. The Larry's Heroes Special will be aired from 8PM ET. Ben Stiller, Tyra Banks, Matthew McConaughey, George Lopez, Mariah Carey and Shakira tell us who they are thankful for!

Mariah announed that a new Christmas album is to expect in the inteview for the Ciné Telé Revue magazine (below). She didn't mention other details but we know she's been preparing a Christmas duet with her mom Patricia Hickey (former opera diva).

Kate Garraway has been carpeted by GMTV bosses for unfairly slating Mariah Carey. The show’s presenter not only got her facts wrong, but she was not even in the studios when the singer was interviewed by Lorraine Kelly. But Kate said in her magazine column that two minders carried Mariah into a chair to avoid creasing her dress and that she even brought her own loo roll. Kate said: "I’ve heard rumours about her being a diva. Turns out it’s all true. While Mariah was nice, her entourage outnumbered the GMTV crew." But the claims were furiously denied by Mariah’s management and Kate, 42, has been ordered not to make that kind of mistake again. Some GMTV staff fear her comments could affect their ability to get A-list guests on to their sofa in the mornings. A source said: "What Kate claimed wasn’t true and it has caused big problems backstage." "The huge entourage was actually a choir and musicians used by Mariah. When stars come to be interviewed on GMTV they don’t expect this. Even worse, what Kate wrote wasn’t true." "Kate has been carpeted by bosses and told it cannot happen again. It looks bad for GMTV to be linked to these sort of comments about a guest." A source close to Kate added: "She was misinformed and is mortified by what has happened. She has apologised to Mariah and her bosses and will make amends in her column next week."
